Acts of kindness

Students commit to an act of kindness and then reflect on the consequences of how kindness makes other people behave and feel. This resource was written by Adrian Bethune to accompany his article, 'The benefits of kindness'.

Sample content

1. Choose an act of kindness, such as one of these ideas from Random Acts of Kindness, to do at home or in your local community (e.g. doing chores at home you wouldn’t normally do, walking a neighbour’s dog, baking cupcakes to give to friends and family, doing the shopping for an elderly neighbour).
