A worksheet to practice using the wave speed equation, complete with answers. 

wave speed = frequency x wavelength

Example questions

  1. Calculate the speed of a wave with a frequency of 10 kHz and a wavelength of 2 m.
  1. Calculate the speed of a wave with a wavelength of 50 cm and a frequency of 4 kHz.
