The resource looks at line graphs and the significance of the gradient and intercept. It them moves on to using the slope of a tangent to a curve to determine rate of change. It covers GCSE maths skills 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e and 4f.

Thanks for these. I have used some of the slides to make lesson starters for year 10. I think there is an error on slide 11 with the gradient on the left hand graph, shouldn't it be positive with a negative intercept?
