Predators and prey
This PowerPoint lesson uses the snowshoe hare and the lynx as an example of a predator/prey relationship. Students are asked to identify the adaptations of the two animals. It then introduces the changing dynamics between the two populations over time in a classic predator/prey graph.
Students are then asked to interpret another graph of a predator-prey relationship. The is a final cloze activity for students to create summary notes.
