On the spot
A whole class revision activity that is suitable for any key stage, ability or subject area.
A student volunteers to be put 'on the spot'. The teacher asks them some questions based on the topic. The volunteer answers them - they can give incorrect answers on purpose.
The rest of the class notes down if they think the answers were correct, incorrect or incomplete. The group can then work together to decide on the best possible answers to each question.

An interesting idea to help revision.
It could be made less intimidating for the person being interviewed if they are asked to purposely give some wrong answers. This way, if they do give a wrong answer, the class does not know if it was intentional or not and are less likely to tease.
